Thomas E. Bator is a Boston Trustee and trusts and estates lawyer. A managing partner of Nichols & Pratt, LLP, a multi-family trustee office, Mr. Bator has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is a graduate of Harvard College, magna cum laude in History and from the University of Chicago Law School.

Heidi A. Seely is a trusts and estates lawyer and an associate in the Boston law firm of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster. Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and California, she is active in the Estate Planning Section of the Boston Bar Association and is also a member of the Greater Boston Fiduciary Law American Inn of Court. A graduate from Santa Clara University in Philosophy, she graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School where she served as an Articles Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review.
